Thank you for choosing NonaFace. We strive to provide you with the highest quality smart beauty devices. To ensure you receive the most recent production batch and pass our rigorous 48-hour quality control, we ship directly from our Global Fulfillment Center.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

  • During this time, every NonaFace device undergoes a final technical inspection, including camera connectivity and suction calibration.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

We offer worldwide shipping to the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving your number.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

NonaFace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. For our European customers, taxes are calculated according to local regulations.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout. NonaFace is not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
  • Reshipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

6. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking info shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nonaface.com within 48 hours. We will open an investigation with the carrier and ensure a resolution is provided.
