At NonaFace, we stand behind the quality of our smart beauty devices. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with original hygiene seals intact, and in its original packaging.

2. HYGIENE & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS (IMPORTANT)

⚠️ Due to the nature of personal care products, NonaFace cannot accept returns for devices that have been opened or used. * If the original factory seal on the box is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a return due to health and hygiene protection reasons (consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive).

  • This ensures that every customer receives a 100% sterile and new device.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact us at info@nonaface.com.

  1. Provide your Order Number and proof of purchase.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (WARRANTY)

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the device is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on electronic components.
  • If the visual camera or suction mechanism fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, as per Article 16(e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

7. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
